Unequality
Disclaimer: First I will like to make it clear that I am in no way a supporter of the jena six, I am a supporter of equal rights and fair justice. Violence cannot solve racism and I definitely believe that those boys were out of line here but My questioning is the judgement and justice passed on this case by the attorney department and prosecutors
On August 31, 2006 a group of students approached the Vice Principal of their high school and asked if it was “ok” to sit underneath a tree (for shade) that had been a traditional spot for white students to sit. This tree has been referred to as the “white tree,” because only white students had sat underneath the tree. The vice principal assured the students that they could sit wherever they pleased.
The students sat under the tree only to discover that the next day, the tree had two nooses hanging from the tree, in the colors of black and gold. These colors represented their school spirit (as these were the colors of Jena High School). When the principal of Jena High School found out that three white students were responsible for the hate crime, he recommended expulsion but the board of education overruled his recommendation, only approving a three day suspension. The FBI investigated this case and found it to be a hate crime but due to the AGE of these boys, THEY DID NOT FILE A HATE CRIME CASE.
This ofcourse without being told twice led to high tension in this little southern town who (hope im not being biased but this is fact), voted a KKK member as there former mayor in 1991. The school called an assembly and summoned the police and the district attorney. Black students sat on one side, whites on the other. District Attorney Reed Walters warned the students he could be their friend or their worst enemy. He lifted his fountain pen and said, "With one stroke of my pen, I can make your life disappear."
That evening, black students told their parents that the DA was looking right at them. Walters denies that. Billy Fowler, a member of the school board, doesn't believe it, either. "He said some pretty strong things," says Fowler, "but I don't think he was directing it to anyone in particular. I think he just wanted people to calm it down."
But things didn't calm down. Some whites felt triumphant; some blacks were resentful. Fights began to break out at the high school. But that year, the football team was having an unusually good season and the black athletes were a major reason why. So while there were fights throughout the fall, nobody wanted to take any action that would hurt the team. When the season was over, so was the truce. On Nov. 30, somebody burned down Jena High. Whites thought blacks were responsible, blacks thought the opposite.
First case of Injustice: How can they not make a charge of hate crime because of juvenile status but turn around to make a charge of murder irregardless of juvenile status and take a 14 yr old at the time of the crime to an adult court? As compared to the 17 yr olds who committed this hate crime?
Second Case of Injustice: Since when is it okay to get a 3 day suspension for hanging a noose down? Hell that can be looked at as attempted murder for all I care. In high school, I Got a 3 day suspension for skipping class NOT for hanging nooses under a tree. Negro Please

Religion
Why Do People Fight Religion?
DISCLAIMER: First I will like to say that I am not here with any preaching agenda. I am not here to convince you that God exists, which of course he does lol. I am not here to represent any particular religion either but since I am a Christian, I can speak from a perspective of one.
Why has it become the cool thing to fight religion? Why is it that there is a feeling of animosity to the church for example? Why have people made the decision that having this figure called God is a bad thing? These are all questions I ponder on daily, because as a strong believer in God I just don’t understand how the one thing that is meant to be our uniting factor has become the world’s villain.
The usual first argument I hear is that God does not exist; he is just a figure that was made by humans at one point, created so that anything that was beyond our scope of understanding and imagination at that point would be placed on this “God” figure. Once again I am not hear to argue whether or not God is real but my point to this is ; if this is the reason “God” figure was made, WHAT IS SO BAD ABOUT IT? What is wrong with us having someone we can use to blame for hurricane Katrina, What is wrong with having someone we can always go to when we feel down? What is wrong with having something divine that we can be attached to? WHAT?
Then come the second, oh but they say that God created the world. That is not true because according to “Darwin’s theory”, we all were created accidentally from a cell or some story like that (still doesn’t know where that cell or whatever came from). This is where I get confused, people can have the faith to believe that the human body as complicated and special as it is was made by accident but not that something divine made it lol. For me it takes a lot more faith to believe in Darwin’s theory than in my God. I mean truth is that Darwin was a Christian and only came up with this his theory after his child died and he had distaste for God. (You can wiki it if you do not believe or check your history books)
Moving on to the third usual, if there is really a God who made us and controls the earth. Why has he left the earth in such a mess? Why has he left some poor people? Why are there bad people? This question is simple to ask based on my particular religion that is. God has given every human his free will, he does not force any man to obey or serve him. Then you might say but he should be able to limit freedom of certain people who do bad things, then I will ask you what do you call bad in your eyes? Fornication is bad in God’s eyes, I am sure that none of you would like to lose your ability to fornicate lol when you want to. That is just an example, so if you are saying that God should tell people what to do then you are saying that you want the whole world to be a kind of slavery to him. ARE YOU ALL READY TO SACRIFICE THAT FREEDOM? I highly doubt it.
Then comes the usual other ones; crusaders, authority of the church in Europe etc. I am fed up and bored of these ones because they are totally baseless. The crusaders were not sent by God, they were just bandits who were murderous only that they were using God’s name. No where in my bible is it written that you should force religion on anyone because it goes against every principle of Christianity. Neither is the way church is run in Europe the style ordained in the bible. Plus you can be a Christian and not have to be a member of the “church”, you can believe in God and pray without having to go through all that politics.
I almost forgot about the atheist who believe in the supernatural but not in God. THAT IS JUST STUPID. God is meant to be supernatural, the head of it all. It is like believing in democracy but not in presidents(nullus)
person here to dig deep into their hearts and ask themselves, why do I Fight religion? Feel free to leave the answer to that question as a comment, Holla atcha boi.

SEXISM
I always believed that we were close to equality between males and females, or maybe that we are ALREADY equal. Well In Iran, this isn’t the case. I read a newspaper article a couple of days ago and I was extremely infuriated by what I read. Iran is as we are breathing drafting a law to limit places available for female students in college to 50%. FYI : Currently 65% of college students are female
I have no idea how anyone can create such a law. So now the 15 percent of females who are already in college are going to be kicked out? Let us imagine that one of the women, who are soon going to be kicked out, is a widow and she is seeking an education to get a job and get money for the family. NO, why should she study, she should stay at home and “attend to the family”. Isn’t getting financial aid part of “attending” to the family? Part of the law is also restricting women’s entry to medical schools, arguing that they [women] put a strain on limited-and sexually segregated – dormitory and transportation facilities”. The mentality in Iran is that a woman’s place is in the home and what is even more annoying, is there belief in something so absurd. I just have so much opposition to what they are doing; I am typing every single word so hard. I am against what they are doing because you cannot stand in the lives of people just because of their sex or something. You cannot continue your education because only 50 percent “of your kind” is allowed in colleges.
On April 2, 5 women activists were arrested because they were collecting signatures requesting for changes to laws that discriminate against women. With two of them getting sentenced to six months and another one a year? Why should they say no in something against them? Even in jail! Wow Iran, you are the “best” You are proud of yourself now with a crime rate of zero and full of amazing men (I am not against men don’t worry J) that you believe were made to make women feel very uncomfortable. Anyways even in prison, male prisoners get to smoke and drink tea as much as they like, while female prisoners are limited to two cigarettes and two cups of tea everyday. Men can exercise in sunshine, whereas women get their 15 minutes outdoors at sunset to sew or something.Come on!!
What have women done to Iran? I get really annoyed with things like this; instead of moving forwards countries like Iran prefer to move backwards. I congratulate you for this idiocy.
Even during punishment there is sexism?

DON IMUS/OPRAH
Don Imus
Born July 23, 1940 is an American comedian, writer, and FORMER radio and television talk show host. BLA BLA BLA…… Note the word former, Don Imus was the don(pun intended) when it came to the radio. He has even be called the larry king of radio actually he is, well except he is dirty mouthed while larry is smart-mouthed. If you are american or lived there and owned a radio set you have to know him, Radio hall of famer.
Well the question now is, why the former in his title. I mean what could drive a man so strong and powerful to be fired from his position. Is it because of a racist comment he made? NO, Is it because he is sexist? NO, Is it because the sponsors of the TV program threatened to pull out? YES. Why did the sponsors pull out?, is because they are anti-racist NO, is it because they were threatened by the black community to be boycotted? YES. If you asked me if racism existed I woulda said no like last year but all I can say now is come and spend 8 months in an eastern european country.
For those of you who do not know what Don Imus said, He called college basketball women nappy-headed hos (click on the hyper link for meaning). This man has always been one to say very controversial things but I guess this was over the top. He calls arabs ragheads, Called jews ; theiving jews and once accepted to hiring a black man to make “NIGGER” jokes. Hey I am black but I still do not think that makes him racist, in this world a white man cannot make black jokes and get away with it but a black man can. Don Imus is a known charity giver even to black men, he is not racist. He was just stupid and dumb and in the process of trying to stir controversy as he always does, ended up saying something wrong. I definitely am not down with Imus but neither am I with the same people who ignored the KKKramer incident.
To the most interesting part of this all, OPRAH and her controllers accepting Don Imus reason being that he heard it from hiphop. I will like to know what the chances are that an old ass white man like Don Imus listens to hiphop. How can oprah take the blame solely away from this grown man and turn it into rappers and black people insult there women. Look yeah I have been a hiphop head since 2002? Not long but I damn sure know every relevant hiphop song, I HAVE NEVER HEARD THE PHRASE NAPPY HEADED(nullus). I damn sure did not even know what it meant, screw this shit. Ohh the rappers call women whores, NO YOU FOOL. They call whores WHORES, what you think that ludacris when he was saying I got whores. He actually meant he had girls? If a girl be messing around with a guy who got 100 other girls, THEN SHE A WHORE. That does not mean every girl is a whore, damn doesn’t even up to 0.0001% of them are. They are musicians half of the girls they meet are groupies(whores). I got six sisters AINT one of them whores, they proper raised up LADIES. So for Don Imus to call a COLLEGE team full of women on scholarships WHORES is unwarranted. It is in no way related to hiphop, and to end it all AINT NOBODY WANNA BE WID A WHORE(no homo)

VA TECH
Virginia Tech Massacre
Around 7 am EDT, shots were fired leaving two dead in a co-ed dormitory in VA tech. 2 Hours later in the same university 31 students are also killed including the shooter himself. This is so sad I must say and whats even more difficult is to know what direction for me to take on this one. Who is to blame, whose fault is it? Why did this happen and how did this happen?
Warning signs about Seung Hui Cho came early in his life, His relatives said he was very quiet growing up. He responded to no one’s greeting, he was basically in his own world. Born in South Korea, migrated with his family at the age of 8 to The land of dreams in 1992. He graduated from his senior high without a single mention of his name or picture in the year book. I will also like to mention now that he was a green card holder and was in no way representing south korea. This is for later reference.
When you try to understand what drove a smart young man like him to do something like this, it is actually not that hard when you look at his history. Cho was detained in late 2005 for a pyschiatric assessment since he was considered a threat to himself/community. Here is where the first mistake was made by the government because according to existing law, someone detained can be banned from ever purchasing firearms. He has a 9 mm glock and .22 handgun at his disposal which is a semi-automatic pistol and he bought rounds from various places including EBAY, wallmart etc. Another known motive till today is his hatred for „rich kids“.
The world is going crazy that is all i can say, how someone who was obviously this crazy had access to a gun LEGALLY. So first i will like to point fingers to the law and the autority, they definitely have some blame to body on their shoulders. I would love to blame some of the bullies(since i have been victim early in life) but i really doubt it had much to do with bullies. This kid was by choice in his own world, he had pyschiatric issues and needed urgent help so at this point i will also like to point some fingers to his PARENTS. I know what you thinking now, how can you? They must have tried bla bla bla NULLUS. As parents it was there duty to make sure that there kids grow up properly and if they have any probléms thats they able to correct it. I mean i was reading in one site where a friend of cho’s sister said that she never even knew cho had a sister. So his isolation from the world also included an isolation from home, If i had any atom of craziness in me(which i prolly do lol) i know that my parents will be the first one to realise it before anything. This is another problem with society, his parents came out to say that they can’t believe that there son could ever do something like that. What are you slow?, the kid was detained in a pyschiatric home. He never used to talk to anyone, you never even kept in touch with your own kid. Maybe I am being to harsh on his parents? But it has to be done.
Moving on, I hope most of you managed to realise the fact that there was a 2 hour lapse between the two killing by allegedly the same person. After the first killing, the police went running after an innoncent man. While the university itself felt no need to inform the students or to lock down the campus, but instead continued like the life of 2 students were not just lost, i am guessing they needed 33 people dead before they could consider it enough for a lockdown/emergency. The final and probably the most important blame is on the university together with the law enforcement, it is a thing of disgust if they treat death according to the numer of people dead. 1,2,3,4,5 etc people dead all i herd is PEOPLE DEAD. Enough off all this rubbish already, i hope something is done to correct all of this and i hope it is not too little too late. Arghhh
I will like to dedicate this paragraph to certain people saying that if this was done by an arab then it would start WWIII. Like i have said this had nothing to do with south korea, but still the south korean government has apologised countless amounts of time. They have offered to give any assistance needed and that they are very ashamed of the situation, mind you this kid left South korea at the age of 8 and is a permanent Američan resident and has not been to the states since 1992 when he left. If it was an arab in the same circumstance I am very sure that no WWIII would be started. I can bet my money on it, SO PLEASE BURN.
